About The Role

The Senior Sales Director role will focus on the revenue growth of the Microsoft account. This role focuses on driving booking and revenue growth, profitability, and customer & employee satisfaction for the account. This will include collaboration with vertical leads and the CTO team to support solution development and delivery excellence.

What Will You Do

As Senior Sales Director, you are expected to drive revenue growth and nurture strategic relationships with CxOs, Business leaders, and Budget owners. You are responsible for owning the customer relationship as a custodian, and act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and clients, for efficient solution delivery and demand fulfilment.

This position carries the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the DTS current position in the account and identify key areas of investment, gaps, and refinement of the strategy.
  • Sell deeper with new innovative offerings into existing relationships and branch out wider into new divisions in the account.
  • Shape, sell, and deliver consulting product engineering and IT Services transformation program propositions to new and existing clients.
  • Responsible for delivering against assigned Bookings and Revenue Quota
  • Develop best practices and Sales Processes that can be implemented with a rigorous review calendar and continuous people development to build and drive a high-performing sales team.
  • Advance strong partnerships with the senior leadership team to help facilitate brand and people-oriented digital transformation.
  • Continue to attract, hire, and build a world-class Sales organization strengthening the account go-to-market team.
  • Work with the Support function to drive the Efficiency & Productivity in the account.
  • Navigate customer organization and build a trusted relationship with C-level relationships. Engage and Influence customer stakeholders and decision-makers to drive win-win outcomes.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline with strong business acumen.
  • 18+ Yrs. of Professional experience which should include at least 10 yrs. of Sales leadership in the Region.
  • Strong P&L and General Management skills
  • Track record of meeting targets and delivering growth
  • Ability to manage C-level connects and executive presence.
  • Experience in selling to/selling with Microsoft.
  • Experience in selling engineering services and outsourced software services.
  • Strong Appreciation for Sales Strategies, Process, Management & Forecasting
  • Experience in responding to large RFP/RFQs and collaborating internally to craft winning pitch and proposal defense.

What Makes You Eligible

  • Prior experience with the Microsoft account.
  • Proven sales expertise, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding the Sales Quota
  • The Rolodex of executive-level connects and trusted relationships in the account.
  • This position is based in Seattle, and up to 20% of travel is expected.
  • Successfully completion of a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

What We Offer

  • The standard base salary for this position is $208,800 - $255,200.
